Recently, we had the opportunity to speak to one of our happy new residents at Holiday Springs RV Resort, located in Spring Hill, FL. Here’s what he had to say:

During my time in the military, I lived in many different states, but officially came back to Florida in 2015 to live on the west coast to be near my sisters. I was living in an apartment in New Port Richey and didn’t like sharing walls with neighbors - I needed some peace and quiet.

After searching for a while, my sister found the home on Zillow and asked me to come to check it out. We spoke with a Garber Communities Sales Associate, set-up an appointment, and purchased the home.

My favorite part about Garber Communities is that it actually feels like home, the apartment did not. When I turned into the driveway the other night, I felt, now this is home! And the people here are friendly and welcoming, plus it’s close to my sisters.

The price was right! The home was beautiful with a nice big porch, and the community was welcoming. I haven't been there too long, but I’ve started to get to know the place, and the more I do, the more I like it. So far I’ve hiked the nature trails and have enjoyed sitting out by the lake. I just love the peace and quiet. I recently went to the Christmas dinner and found some new friends to shoot pool with.
